Two Tallahassee Attorneys Receive “Friend Award” from FACA

Gregory T. Stewart and Carly J. Schrader received the “Friend Award” from the Florida Association of County Attorneys (FACA) for their representation of several Florida Counties against the Department of Juvenile Justice and other Florida agencies in relation to the dispute over Juvenile Detention Costs.  During the past five years, members of the Firm have successfully represented several Florida Counties in administrative actions and related appeals, In one such matter, NGN also represented the Florida Association of Counties in addition to numerous Florida Counties in an action challenging the DJJ’s rule development.
