Mr. Harb graduated with honors from the University of Florida (B.A. 2008) before receiving his law degree with honors from The Florida State University College of Law (J.D. 2011) and his Master of Laws in Taxation degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law (LL.M.T. 2012). Mr. Harb joined the Firm immediately after graduation and has practiced exclusively in the area of public finance ever since. In that time, he has served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters' counsel and special counsel on over 200 financings for a wide range of governmental and nonprofit clients. Mr. Harb's representative experience includes participation in transactions related to public and nonprofit healthcare and senior living facilities, public and nonprofit educational facilities (including charter schools), transportation improvements (including tolled expressway facilities), water/sewer/electric utilities and solid waste disposal facilities, water management districts, port and airport improvements, sports stadiums and convention centers, social service centers and other general governmental projects.
