Steve Miller was recently installed as President of Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson, P.A. Steve has been with Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson since 1992 and has dedicated his career to exclusively practicing in the area of municipal finance. Steve succeeds Mark T. Mustian, Immediate Past President.
