Evan Rosenthal, Valerie Vicente and Matthew Shaud presented at the Florida Association of County Attorneys 2025 Annual CLE Seminar held on June 25-26, 2025, in Orange County, Florida. Evan Rosenthal’s presentation entitled “Weathering the Storm – Resilience Projects 101” addressed infrastructure resilience basics, state level resilience efforts and local funding sources.  Valerie Vicente and Matthew Shaud’s presentation entitled “Navigating the Digital Landscape” addressed Sunshine Law, public records, ADA requirements, First Amendment issues and employees’ online conduct.
