Mr. Jakubiak is a 2022 graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and a 2025 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jakubiak completed legal internships at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, ASML, and Meritage Homes.  Mr. Jakubiak joined the firm immediately out of law school and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2025.  His practice focuses on municipal finance primarily, representing senior living facilities, healthcare facilities, charter and private schools, and issuers in conduit transactions.
