NGN Selected as County Attorney to Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners

NGN was recently selected by the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners to serve as County Attorney for the County. In this role, NGN attorneys will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to the Board, the County Coordinator and County departments, advisory boards and committees.  This relationship will enable the County to take advantage of NGN’s numerous attorneys and experience to provide a heightened level of responsiveness and efficiency. Additionally, the County anticipates costs savings in the provision of its legal services under this arrangement.  Heather J. Encinosa, a partner in the firm, is designated as County Attorney and will provide the primary legal services with support from other firm partners and associates, including Gregory T. Stewart, designated as the Deputy County Attorney, and Evan J. Rosenthal and Elizabeth Desloge Ellis designated as Assistant County Attorneys.
