Evan J. Rosenthal and Valerie Vicente Promoted to Shareholder

The Firm is pleased to announce that Evan J. Rosenthal and Valerie Vicente have been promoted to shareholder.   Mr. Rosenthal practices in the Tallahassee office and Ms. Vicente practices in the Plantation office of Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson P.A.  The promotion is a direct result of Mr. Rosenthal’s and Ms. Vicente’s serving their clients’ legal needs with dedication, quality and distinction.

Mr. Rosenthal joined in the Firm in 2013 where he concentrates his practice in the area of general governmental law and also provides representation in the areas of federal grants, land use and real estate law, litigation and appellate law, public finance, and public utilities law.   Mr. Rosenthal currently serves as Assistant Wakulla County Attorney, Assistant Jefferson County Attorney, General Counsel to the Highway 79 Corridor Authority, General Counsel to the Cedar Key Water and Sewer District, Deputy General Counsel to the Gulf Consortium, and Special Counsel to numerous other counties, cities, and special districts.

Ms. Vicente joined the Firm in 2019 where she concentrates her practice in the area of general governmental law and also provides representation in the areas of federal grants, litigation, land use, and appellate law.  Ms. Vicente currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Sunny Isles, the Village Attorney for the Village of Biscayne Park, and interim City Attorney for the City of Doral.
