Attendance at FCCC New Clerk Academy

Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson attorney Robert L. Nabors presented at the Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers New Clerk Academy conference held May 13-17, 2013 in Key West, Florida. Mr. Nabors participated in a panel discussion on Special Assessments and specifically discussed the provision of municipal services within a municipal service taxing unit and the legal considerations for special assessments.
