Alex J. Fischer and Lisa B. Fountain Promoted to Shareholder

The Firm is pleased to announce that Alex J. Fischer and Lisa B. Fountain have been promoted to shareholder.   Mr. Fischer and Ms. Fountain both practice in the Tallahassee office of Nabors, Giblin & Nickerson P.A.  The promotion is a direct result of Mr. Fischer’s and Ms. Fountain’s serving their clients’ legal needs with dedication, quality and distinction.

Mr. Fischer joined the Firm in 2018 where he concentrates his practice on municipal finance, representing state, county and municipal governments in connection with the financing of affordable housing, government infrastructure, public utility systems, healthcare facilities and various other public facilities.

Ms. Fountain joined the Firm in 2024 where she concentrates her practice in the area of litigation and appellate law, local government law, employment law and land use and real estate law.  Ms. Fountain is head of NGN’s Litigation and Appellate Law practice.  Ms. Fountain is a seasoned civil litigator with over 30 years of experience litigating complex actions. Ms. Fountain is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-Preeminent rated lawyer and was named to The Best Lawyers in America® in 2023.
